Bretton Crane joined the firm in 2019. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate governance as well as business, finance and commercial transactions including transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, supplier distribution customer contracts for goods, services, and startup ventures. Additionally, he has experience in succession and tax planning. Bretton represents businesses spanning all industries and sizes, with heavy emphasis on technology and medical.
