Terry Doverspike has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1975. His practice concentrates in the areas of corporate law with an emphasis on business law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, ESOP’s, tax-advantaged mergers, consolidations, dissolutions and the sale of businesses in a variety of industries and service sectors throughout the United States.
