Michael E. Holdgrafer
Mike began his legal career with Pray Walker in 1984 and has maintained several in-house legal positions throughout his career. During a 17-year tenure as in-house counsel for Dollar Thrifty, Mike directed the real estate, airport concessions, construction, and environmental department. After Hertz acquired Dollar Thrifty, he served as Vice President of global real estate and airport concessions for Hertz. His expertise includes acquisitions and commercial transactions, contract negotiations, business law, and employment matters across a variety of service and industry sectors.
