John L. Randolph, Jr.

John Randolph is Senior Counsel with Pray Walker having been with the Firm since 1981, concentrating in the areas of energy and environmental law, appellate practice and litigation trial support. His energy law practice focuses mainly on the representation of independent producers, suppliers and gathering companies concentrating on oil and gas and environmental litigation. John regularly provides advice on operational issues, legal developments and conflict resolution. He also leads the Firm’s appellate practice, routinely handling appeals to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has participated in a variety of administrative agency proceedings, including practice before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

John has been recognized in Oklahoma’s Super Lawyers in 2006.
