Bill Eagleton focuses his real estate practice on a full range of transactional, development, construction and finance in Oklahoma and throughout the United States. He represents developers, lenders, restaurant chains, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. Bill has assisted clients in the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and sales of all types of commercial real estate including:

  • Counseling owners and developers of commercial properties on legal, financial and practical aspects in structuring transactions.
  • Assisting in the development, finance and ownership of projects, providing control and ownership planning services in preparing incorporation, partnership, limited liability company and joint venture agreements.
  • Working with purchasers, sellers, lenders and title insurance underwriters in negotiating title insurance and specialized coverages, assisting lenders in complex and structured financing transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, creditors’ rights issues, mechanic’s liens and workouts of defaulted loans.

Bill works throughout the firm’s services in the areas of structuring construction and development agreements, documenting and settling construction, development and real estate disputes and related litigation. He writes title insurance for and represents the Fidelity National Financial family of companies.
