Ryan Silva

Ryan Silva is a Litigation Associate Attorney at Pray Walker, where he joined the firm in 2026. He focuses his practice on litigation and insurance law.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, serving as Articles Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and Lead Brief Writer for the Health Law Moot Court.

Prior to law school, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. A native of California’s Central Valley near Modesto, he now enjoys working in downtown Tulsa.
