Kaycee Spears Boren

Kaycee Boren has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 2012 as a summer associate. Upon earning her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013, she joined the firm as an associate attorney focusing her practice in oil and gas law. She has significant experience preparing drilling and division order title opinions, drafting instruments affecting real property and assisting with the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties.

Kaycee has spoken on advanced title issues, Indian leasing issues and accretion and riparian rights. She earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing in 2010 and placed third in the 1L Moot Court Competition in 2011.
