Alex R. Telarik

Alex concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation and appellate law.  He has experience in cases involving shareholder disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, business sale issues, commercial contract disputes, tortious interference with business relations and breach of fiduciary duty, among others. His oil and gas litigation practice includes oil and gas accounting disputes, pollution issues, title disputes, and Surface Damages Act issues. He has represented clients ranging from publicly traded corporations to local small businesses and individuals.  While attending the Wake Forest University School of Law, Alex served as an Articles Editor on the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.

Alex has been selected to Rising Stars by Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation (2021-2022).
