Mr. Evans has been associated with Pray Walker since 2008, joining the Firm’s Energy Law Group in 2009. His practice primarily involves oil, gas, and related energy law matters, from both transactional and litigious perspectives. As a title lawyer, Mr. Evans has prepared division order and drill site title opinions and has advised clients on a broad array of energy matters. In addition, in the Firm's representation of buyers of exploration and production or midstream assets, Mr. Evans has regularly prepared due diligence reports and contractual agreements associated with such transactions.

LEGAL ACHIEVEMENTS

While in law school, Mr. Evans served on the editorial board of the Oklahoma Law Review and was appointed to its judiciary committee.  In addition, Mr. Evans was a top finisher in the College of Law’s Moot Court Competition, was the recipient of the Lew Wentz Law Scholarship, the Oklahoma Heritage Scholarship, and received a pro bono award recognizing his service to the Legal Aid Society of Oklahoma.
