C. BRETTON CRANE Mr. Crane is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pray Walker. He has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1984 and has concentrated his legal services in business, securities law and related fields since joining the Firm. Prior to becoming President, he served as the Chairman of the Firm’s Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Crane has focused his career on providing counsel to businesses and his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, banking, private equity and emerging businesses, venture capital transactions, family owned businesses and succession planning, and counseling with respect to business issues, compliance and contract negotiation. His clients include businesses in a variety of industries and service sectors throughout the United States. Mr. Crane is listed in Best Lawyers in America (Corporate Law and Securities/ Capital Markets Law) and Super Lawyer (Business/ Corporate). As counsel to many businesses in diverse areas, Mr. Crane provides services in additional areas such as technology and product development and commercialization, employment and incentive compensation, securities offerings, capitalization of companies and corporate governance. He also actively participates in contract negotiations for clients relating to their business operations in such areas as sales, marketing and distribution agreements, franchise agreements, real estate purchases, sales and leases, and joint ventures.
