The Business Group offers a wide range of real estate services to our clients. The Real Estate Section works closely with the Firm's business and banking attorneys to provide clients a thorough evaluation of any transaction and to provide guidance in the structuring and financing of commercial and residential transactions. The Section also provides representation to financing institutions beginning with initial loan structuring, proceeding through due diligence and document preparation, and ending with closing support.
