  Our Banking Section serves financial institutions, including banks, finance authorities and mortgage bankers, in all aspects of their business. Legal services provided include negotiating, documenting and closing loan transactions and coordinating multi-state energy, commercial real estate and commercial loan arrangements for local as well as regional and national banks. The Banking Section has extensive experience in structuring commercial financing, both domestic and international, and secured and unsecured lending.

The Section also represents business clients in negotiating with lenders and in the operation of their businesses. The Section's expertise with regulatory requirements affecting the banking industry, coupled with our knowledge of the business and borrowing needs of our clients, establishes a solid framework for the Section's active representation of business clients engaged in commercial loan transactions.
