LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Randolph, a shareholder, has been with Pray Walker since 1981. He has concentrated his legal services in the areas of Energy and Environmental Law, Appellate Practice and litigation trial support.

Mr. Randolph’s Energy Law practice focuses mainly on representation of independent producers, suppliers, and gathering companies. His area of concentration is oil and gas and environmental litigation, and regularly provides advice on operational issues, legal developments, and conflict resolution. He also participates in transactional and corporate representation involving the Firm’s energy and general corporate clients.

Mr. Randolph coordinates the Energy, Environmental and Corporate litigation in the Firm. He is the responsible shareholder for the Firm’s appellate practice, routinely handling appeals to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has participated in a variety of administrative agency proceedings, including practice before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the Oklahoma Tax Commission.

LECTURES & WRITING

Mr. Randolph has been involved in the preparation and presentation of Bar seminar, industry and public interest lectures involving a wide range of Energy and Environmental Law topics, including operational issues, transactional and title issues, environmental problems unique to the industry, regulatory and administrative practice, contract issues and emerging legal topics of interest to the industry and the Bar. He has spoken at Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Association seminars, Mineral Law section luncheons, at Petroleum Accountants Societies seminars, Association of Petroleum Landmen seminars, and has spoken to civic organizations on a variety of legal issues. Mr. Randolph routinely submits written materials on key topics of interest for industry and Bar publications.

REPRESENTATIVE CLIENTS

Mr. Randolph has counseled a wide range of independent oil and gas producers, lessees, suppliers, and gas gathering companies. He has provided legal services to general corporate clients in transactional matters and contract negotiation, and to litigation clients of the firm in both legal and administrative hearings and trials, and appeals to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
