LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Bayliss has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 2005, concentrating her practice in the areas of energy law and title examinations law. Ms. Bayliss has prepared division order and drill site title opinions for oil and gas exploration and production companies. In the firm’s representation of buyers of exploration and production or midstream assets, Ms. Bayliss has prepared limited acquisition title opinions and due diligence reports.

Previously, Ms. Bayliss also provided legal services in the areas of general business and corporate law, real estate, bankruptcy and litigation support, assisting in the representation of a variety of clients, including health care providers, schools, municipalities, insurance providers, retail and wholesale distributors, manufacturers and other business entities. She has also represented individual clients in domestic and probate matters. Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Bayliss had several years of experience in the examination of records and preparation of documents for oil and gas exploration.

Ms. Bayliss is admitted to practice in the courts of Oklahoma and in Federal District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
