LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Marlar has thirty-eight years of legal experience and is a specialist in tax, estate planning and business matters. Mr. Marlar has served as President of the Taxation Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Chairman of the Board and President of the Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Chairman of the Board and President of the Thomas Gilcrease Association, and President and Director of the Summit Club. Mr. Marlar is currently a member of the Board of the Thomas Gilcrease Museum Association, Child Abuse Network, and the Tulsa Historical Society, and Trustee of the Grace and Franklin Bernsen Foundation and the Tulsa Community College Foundation.
