LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Houser joined Pray Walker in 2007 and is focusing his practice in the areas of Energy Law and Title Examination. Combining his legal education with his training and experience as an independent petroleum landman, Mr. Houser has helped serve the needs of oil and gas exploration and production companies in the preparation of drill site and division order title opinions and acquisition title opinions, as well as Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters, and employment law. He has experience in surface damage negotiations, lease and other industry document preparation and analysis generally related to the oil and gas industry.
