LEGAL EXPERIENCE


Mr. Doyle has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1987 and has concentrated his legal services in the areas of Management Labor and Employment Law, Creditors Rights and General Business and Corporate Law.

Mr. Doyle consults with clients concerning compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws and represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition, he assists in the negotiation of initial and renewed union contracts, union organizing campaigns and plant closing negotiation. Mr. Doyle also has considerable experience in drafting severance agreements, employment agreements, deferred compensation agreements, executive compensation arrangements, and reviewing employee policy manuals.

Mr. Doyle participates in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, United States and Oklahoma Departments of Labor investigations and administrative hearings; defends claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Equal Pay Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor and Management Relations Act, and various state claims including allegations of workers compensation retaliatory discharge.

Mr. Doyle regularly lectures and conducts training on labor and employment law issues for client management as well as outside organizations. Previous presentations have been made to the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, and numerous lectures to human resources professionals and attorneys concerning federal and state wage and hour laws, independent contractor issues, and policy manuals. Annual lectures were given in the Oral Roberts University School of Business on Human Resources Issues including: the FMLA, job descriptions, hiring practices.
