EXPERIENCE
Mr.
Doverspike has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1975 and has
concentrated his legal services in Business, Real Estate and Estate
Planning for over 30 years. Mr. Doverspike has coordinated over 180
acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, Employee Stock
Ownership transactions (ESOP'S), tax advantaged mergers, consolidations,
dissolutions and the sale of businesses in a variety of industries
and service sectors throughout the United States.
A
Business law practice requires Mr. Doverspike to be well-versed in lending
documentation, financing structures, real and personal property leasing,
employment contracts, distributorship agreements, general contract drafting
and other practice areas including real estate transactions, dispute resolution
and government regulatory compliance.
Mr.
Doverspike has organized hundreds of privately-held corporations,
partnerships and limited liability companies. He has also been involved
in the development of S-Corporations, tax advantaged limited partnerships,
professional corporations and non-profit organizations. He has also
coordinated several commercial real estate transactions including
tax-free property exchanges, building leases, and the purchase and
sale of income-producing commercial buildings, apartment complexes
and condominium projects.
