LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Crane has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1984 and has concentrated his legal services in Business, Securities Law and related fields since joining the Firm. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Firm’s Business and Corporate Law Section. He has been involved in numerous business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, venture capital transactions, new business formations, and the sale of businesses in a variety of industries and service sectors throughout the United States.

As counsel to many businesses in diverse areas, Mr. Crane provides services in additional areas such as technology and product development, employment and incentive compensation, securities offerings, capitalization of companies and corporate governance. He also actively participates in contract negotiations for clients relating to their business operations in such areas as sales, marketing and distribution agreements, franchise agreements, real estate purchases, sales and leases, and joint ventures. Mr. Crane has organized numerous corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and been active in the growth of small and mid-size businesses and family owned business succession.
