LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Butterfield has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1997. Previously, he was a member of another Tulsa firm. Since 1996, Mr. Butterfield has concentrated his practice primarily in the area of oil and gas law.

In his energy practice, Mr. Butterfield has prepared numerous drilling and division order opinions. He has also represented clients in acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, due diligence reports, and other related contractual documents.
